ABOUT ME

I am a dynamic and seasoned executive with more than 15-plus years of experience in marketing, sales, and product development. I have a quantifiable record of achievement and demonstrated success in applying data analytics to create omni/multi-channel strategies which build brands, product lines and, ultimately, companies - using both traditional and online mediums – while increasing return on marketing investment (ROMI).

 

I have been described as an intuitive leader with acute insight and expertise in utilizing data to identify appropriate marketing channels, increase market penetration, and support sales across multiple industries and in both client-side and agency settings; allowing me to excel at aligning core business, revenue, and growth goals to increase overall return on company investment (ROI). To this end, I have proven strength in directing all aspects of the marketing, sales, and product development processes, establishing go-to-market and growth strategies, motivating people, and solving problems.

* Proven experience in the development and implementation of successful new product, sales, and market penetration strategies.

* Expertise in the successful development of e-commerce, web (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, etc.), mobile, and social media strategic development for a variety of online and offline entities.

* Expert-level understanding of analytics, market research, prospect profiling, and barrier behavior assessments. Systems/tools experience includes Google Analytics, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce.com, Sugar, HubSpot, KBM, PRIZM, et al.

* Significant sales experience to include growth and retention responsibilities for online and offline programs across multiple industries.

* Proven ability to effectively prioritize, manage, analyze and direct high-level programs with integrity and efficiency while effectively communicating status and outcomes.

* P&L responsibilities for a $20 million marketing budget within a Fortune 100 company.

 

* Management and growth responsibilities for teams as large as 17 individuals.
